This week’s challenge is a journal challenge. The theme: Spring Cleaning.

Ahh, spring cleaning… Some of us love it, most of us hate it! To many, spring cleaning means sweeping away cobwebs, cleaning closets, clearing out junk drawers, or getting rid of that old bike that no one rides any longer. However, spring cleaning can be about personal renewal and fresh starts, too. Your challenge this week is to create a layout which includes journaling about spring cleaning. Your journaling can be about anything from getting rid of all those hideous ties your dear, sweet, but not so fashion savvy husband has collected over the years to cleaning out physical and mental clutter. The choice is yours, have fun! (As an added bonus, it’ll get you out of actual spring cleaning for a short time, right?!? *wink*)

Hi Everyone!

It’s been so exciting to see all the new faces at our new forum this past week! We’d like to extend a huge thank you to all who have joined us at the forum, and also to those who participated in our latest challenge!

Everyone’s layouts have been amazing and we’ve enjoyed seeing them all!

We have a very important announcement for all of you, especially those of you who participated in our last challenge.

This past week, The Sunshine Girls & Guy bought a dedicated server to host our entire site!

The main reason for this was to ensure that once our entire site is up and running we wouldn’t have any bandwidth issues or any “down time” in the future. With this being said, we thought it was important to let you know that at any moment in the next two to three days (possibly earlier) Sunshine Studio Scraps Forum and Blog will be down and inaccessible. We are hoping everything will be all fixed, pretty, and running smooth within 3 to 4 days.

In the meantime, if you have registered at the forum and participated in our challenge, we are going to do our best to get you the links to the Posting Bonus tomorrow, as promised. However, if you do not get it before the site goes down, we promise you will get it as soon as possible once the site is back up.

We are sorry for this inconvenience, but felt it was better for this to happen now, with our site in the beginning stages, rather than later with the potential of it crashing on us in the near future.

Hi everyone! Its that day of the week! Time for a new challenge!

This weeks challenge is an “Element” challenge! You need to create a LO using 3 DIFFERENT frames! You can do different colors, different shapes, you get the picture. Everyone who participates in this challenge will recieve this gorgeous mini kit made Adriane and Trish. This Challenge will End Friday 1:00 Central Time.

Here are a few guidelines to help our challenges run smoothly!

1.) Post the link to your LO in a comment to this post. 2.) Please do not email any LO’s to any of the Sunshine Gang! 3.)there is no need to post your email addresses! we can get these addressess when we review the comments! 4.) please allow 3 to 4 days for links to any kit/prizes to be sent out.
