Hi, it’s Sharon again. Listening to all the wonderful music this past week on television and radio, I decided that a tribute to Michael Jackson would be appropriate for your Lyrics Challenge. All my life I have just listened and enjoyed music without really paying any attention to the names of the artists. I just know what I like to hear, and usually have to get advice from people who do know the various artists if I want to buy the music. I was actually surprised to hear how many of my favorites were actually written or recorded by Michael. Given the joy he brought to all of us with his music, I decided that SMILE would be my choice for the week. I don’t even know who wrote it, I just found it on a list of his music and decided it would be a good choice for this week. I hope you smile as you work on this project and maybe even listen to some of his music.
